This recipe is from Willow Brook Blueberry Farm in the Huasna Valley of Arroyo Grande, located in San Luis Obispo County. This serene field of willow trees, a seasonal bubbling creek and more than a thousand blueberry bushes on 1.5 acres is named after its natural beauty, where visitors can pick their own blueberries all summer long.

Blueberry Pizza
This is a fun twist on sweet and savory, with plenty of cheese, red onion and basil. Fresh and perfect for those summer blueberries.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Naan bread rounds
- 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- honey
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spread both sides of Naan bread lightly with olive oil. Place on baking sheet. Top with fresh blueberries, mozzarella cheese, gorgonzola cheese, red onion, and a drizzle of honey. Bake until crust is golden brown, 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven, top with basil and pepper to taste.
