My name is Liz and I’m a drinker, eater and traveler. I have lived and traveled all over the US and Europe, and now live along along California’s Central Coast, filling social media feeds with local stories of food, wine and gorgeous sights. Also, I’ve eaten 5 kinds of foie gras in one day (it was in Dordogne, France, where humane methods of production are possible).
I spent 15 years in the city of Angels writing digital content, speeches and memos as well as social media posts, recipes and email blasts. I even helped the year 2000 arrive without incident – working on the Y2K project for the world’s largest food company was exciting! But, my bread and butter was managing websites, running social media channels and photographing food.
I lived in Switzerland for 2 years, where I developed an obsession with wine and food. I became a food & wine blogger, social media maven and Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW). I also made the Central Coast’s first Sparkling Wine Map!
Now living in Central Coast wine country, I write The Last Bite for Edible Santa Barbara magazine and help small businesses with digital and marketing content. And I eat and taste as much as I can.
